Since co-founding TK Promotions in 2008, Todd has dedicated his attention not only to servicing his clients, but establishing a company built on trust. Todd has learned to listen and ask important questions to discover the needs of his clients and looks to bring the same attention to his service on the PG Board. After graduating from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville, Todd has been involved in many ministries with his church and serves on the board for two local non-profit organizations in Richmond. Most importantly, Todd has been joyfully married to his wife, Meredith for 13 years and they have 3 beautiful children together.

Sam Kates
Vice Chair and Resource Committee

Samantha Kates serves as President of Spector & Co., a top-tier promotional product supplier, where she previously excelled as Chief Sales Officer—roles in which she drove double-digit growth and strengthened distributor partnerships. Earlier in her career, Samantha achieved significant sales success at Charles River Apparel, leading teams to sustained revenue growth while building high-performing sales organizations. She earned a B.A. from the University of Central Florida .

In her new position as Vice Chair, Samantha is expected to lend strategic insight, deepen board governance, and help steer Premier Group’s growth and innovation initiatives.

Bob Titelman, Jr.

Immediate Past Chair and Events Committee

Bob has been a partner with Skylight Creative Ideas, a Maryland-based promotional products company, since 2014. The company, founded by his father in 1977, has been a part of his professional journey. He earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from East Carolina University. He is a past president of the Chesapeake Promotional Products Association, has served on the Harford Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals committee, was a board member of the Center Club Young, and is an Albert Close Foundation Board Member.

Brittany Frase
Membership Committee

Brittany, MAS is the Director of Sales & Marketing for Hirsch Gift, with over a decade of experience in the promotional products industry. Brittany's favorite part of her job is providing value to her customers by connecting high end promo and incentives effectively to end user vertical markets. As a new board member this year, Brittany is excited to leverage her experience in the industry to help the Premier Group membership. When she's not working, you can find Brittany corralling her two toddlers - and if they have a babysitter, you can catch her at a stand up comedy show. 

Brian Diessroth
Membership Committee

Brian is the Senior Director of Sales at Edwards Garment. He has been with Edwards Garment three years and has a total of 15 years of industry experience. Brian has dedicated a portion of his career to volunteering and giving back. He has been involved with regional associations, the PPAI regional relations committee and other industry boards and committees. Brian is looking forward to supporting and advancing the Premier Group as well as improving the member experience. Brian is a graduate of Temple University and recently earned his MBA from North Greenville University. He resides in Greenville, South Carolina with his wife and two beautiful daughters. 

Jackie Defusco
Event Committee Co-Chair

Jackie has dedicated 25 years to Koozie Group, formerly Big Graphic, where she has exceled as a local field manager and then promoted to a National Account Manager. Throughout her tenure, she has consistently demonstrated her commitment to the industry through her distributor relationships, volunteering on various committees i the industry, and now a Premier Group board member. Her expertise is in building strong relationships and driving success amongst the teams she works with. Jackie has been on the PG Marketing committee and Events committee over the years and looks forward to her new role as a board member.

Darren Lichtsinn
Resource Committee Co-Chair

Darren Lichtsinn is the Vice President of the Promo Division at JH Specialty, where he has spent the past three years leading the growth and evolution of the company’s branded merchandise and apparel division. Under his leadership, the team has expanded its client base, enhanced operational strategy, and introduced innovative promotional campaigns across various industries.

Before joining the promotional products world, Darren spent 20 years at T-Mobile in a variety of leadership roles, developing top-tier teams and executing strategic initiatives across multiple regions.

Outside of work, Darren is a proud husband and father of two daughters, Olivia and Sophia. Born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana (affectionately nicknamed "The Mayor" by friends and colleagues), he’s a college football enthusiast and believes deeply in the power of relationships and purposeful leadership.

Darren brings a passion for brand storytelling, partnership, and helping others win. These values align perfectly with the mission of the Premier Group Network.

Alicia Rhodes
Resource Committee Co-Chair

Alicia Rhodes is the President of Action Plus Ideas, a top-tier promotional-products firm based in Charlotte, NC. With over 25 years of experience at Action Plus, Alicia now leads all aspects of client service, sales strategy, team development, and operational decisions. Under Alicia’s leadership, Rhodes has received numerous industry recognition awards and was also honored among Brandivate Marketing’s 2024 Powerhouse Women in Promo for her influence in the industry.

Alicia is deeply committed to community and team engagement. She spearheads Action Plus Ideas’ philanthropic initiative, API Cares, which donates 10% of profits to local causes, and is known for her warm, inclusive leadership style that inspires employees and clients alike.

In June 2025, Alicia was elected to the board of the Premier Group Network, bringing a quarter-century of promotional-products expertise, a track record of strategic growth, and a passion for industry collaboration. As a board member, she will contribute to shaping group priorities, enhancing member engagement, and advancing the network’s mission of excellence in value, connectivity, and operational efficiency.

Paul Smith
Chairman Emeritus

Paul co-founded the Premier Group in 1997 and served as chairman until 2002. He is the president of Calconix Inc.,a Philadelphia-based supplier. A true believer in the importance of developing active, collaborative relationships between distributors and suppliers, Paul continues to provide oversight to the group’s leaders and to ensure that the Premier Group delivers on its original promise of providing profitable business opportunities for all members. Paul also served as President of the Philadelphia Area Promotional Products Association (PAPPA) and in leadership roles for the Advertising Specialty Institute (ASI) as well as Promotional Products Association International (PPAI).

Dana Geiger
Executive Director

Dana is responsible for ensuring every member of the Premier Group has opportunities for profitable business growth. She achieves this by managing programs, events, and offerings and ensuring great member communications. Dana also oversees new member recruitment and continually looks for best-in-class suppliers and distributors to compliment the group’s existing members. She brings 17 years of association management experience to her role including ten years in the industry. Prior to joining Premier Group Network Dana was the Regional Relations Manager for PPAI (2018-2020) and was the executive director for three regional associations from 2010-2018. 

Kristen Pohlkamp
Administrative Coordinator

Kristen brings 10 years of experience in Operations Management and is excited to be a part of the Premier Group Network. Kristen works closely with the Executive Director to support the Premier Group and its members and contribute to the company's success. With a strong background in optimizing processes and driving operational efficiency, Kristen is eager to collaborate with the team and help achieve the organization's goals.
